Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado or Seattle, Washington Metro Area

Hours: 11am-7pm MST


As a Customer Support Associate on our Customer Success Team, you'll provide an unparalleled customer experience while investigating issues, providing solutions, and contributing to the success of Bonusly’s users. You have an ingrained passion for helping people, and a love for finding creative solutions. You are becoming an expert on the Bonusly app, and an advocate for the needs and concerns of our users.


Support Team


The Customer Support Team is part of the Customer Success department, which also includes Customer Success, Customer Education, and CS Operations. Our mission is to provide timely, empathetic help that keeps the customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction resulting in sustained profits and growth by reducing churn and increasing conversions and expansion revenue.


As part of the Customer Support Team, you’ll be helping customers solve problems and make decisions, but in addition, you’ll also function as part sales, part tech support, and part customer success. You are a partner in revenue generation and customer experience, making sure our customers get the best value possible from our product.


We aim to be prompt, honest, personal and proactive. If you’re answering questions quickly with the right product knowledge and if you’re doing it with a tone that backs up our brand, then you’re providing good customer support that will reap long-term benefits.

What you'll do...

  • Coordinate across departments to provide support through all stages of the customer’s journey
  • Execute a delightful day-to-day customer support experience
  • Delight Bonusly's customers by addressing technical questions, troubleshooting, identifying bugs, fielding feature requests, and coaching customers on best practices
  • Empathize with the customer’s perspective to provide the best solutions aligned with Bonusly’s core values.
  • Collect customer feedback, and be a customer advocate across all departments of Bonusly's amazing team
  • #WorkSmarter by Identifying patterns in support interactions and creating overarching solutions to these patterns
  • Assist our customers through the all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into successful and sustainable product adoption.
  • Help out with various Customer Success projects as needed.

  • Can identify patterns in customer communications and create actionable feedback.
  • Have an aptitude for digesting and communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical ability.
  • Excel at identifying problems, discovering root causes, and working quickly to find long-term solutions.
  • Have basic knowledge of web technologies, including APIs, SAML, and SFTP, or can quickly learn about them.
  • Highly empathetic and patient.
  • Communicate with a professional, upbeat, and friendly tone.
  • Take pride in delivering delightful experiences.
  • Prioritize well, especially while under pressure.
  • Appreciate being able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Compensation

  • Target Base Salary: $47,500 - $57,500
  • Target Equity: .01%

The location for this position can be in either our Boulder HQ or our Seattle office.

The hours for this position are from 11am-7pm Mountain/10am-6pm Pacific.
