As a Customer Support Associate on our Customer Success Team, you'll provide an unparalleled customer experience while investigating issues, providing solutions, and contributing to the success of Bonusly’s users. You have an ingrained passion for helping people, and a love for finding creative solutions. You are becoming an expert on the Bonusly app, and an advocate for the needs and concerns of our users.
The Customer Support Team is part of the Customer Success department, which also includes Customer Success, Customer Education, and CS Operations. Our mission is to provide timely, empathetic help that keeps the customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction resulting in sustained profits and growth by reducing churn and increasing conversions and expansion revenue.
As part of the Customer Support Team, you’ll be helping customers solve problems and make decisions, but in addition, you’ll also function as part sales, part tech support, and part customer success. You are a partner in revenue generation and customer experience, making sure our customers get the best value possible from our product.
We aim to be prompt, honest, personal and proactive. If you’re answering questions quickly with the right product knowledge and if you’re doing it with a tone that backs up our brand, then you’re providing good customer support that will reap long-term benefits.

The location for this position can be in either our Boulder HQ or our Seattle office.
The hours for this position are from 11am-7pm Mountain/10am-6pm Pacific.
