Work-Life Balance... but actually.

We're experimenting with 4-day work weeks in Q4. Monday - Thursday, 9-5.
We have a creative space in downtown Boulder where the team meets up 3 days per week. Everyone works from home on Mondays.
Extended remote working trips are an option after 90 days in the role.
We're a tight-knit team: we all go out to lunch somewhere on Pearl every Wednesday. Monthly, we do team events and wellness events. Annually, we do a company retreat, and we also give back to the community through an annual volunteer day.

What are you looking for?

We're hiring a senior frontend engineer to join the team and build an amazing experience for our 11,000+ very active users.
You'll have autonomy and ownership while developing features alongside your teammates with the guidance and support of our director of engineering and senior product manager.
Our avid customer base is anxiously awaiting new product offerings centered around automation, monitoring, and analytics. You will be a key driver behind feature designs and implementations, coming up with new and creative ideas to tackle each challenge.

So, what will I be doing?

  • Develop new features to improve our existing flagship product
  • Work off of our existing product roadmap (roadmap.cloudcampaign.io) to turn ideas into shipped features, but also come up with new innovative product ideas
  • Own the full code lifecycle including ideation, design, and development
  • Simplify the UX of our product to enable product-led growth and self-serve adoption
  • Advise and mentor other engineers on design and general frontend decisions
  • Interface directly with our executive team and other departments within the organization to promote a tight feedback loop with product

Am I qualified?

To be qualified for this role, you have:

  • 4+ years of frontend engineering experience
  • Experience with frontend technologies and modern JS frameworks (React is a plus)
  • Desire to mentor others
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Logical/Perceptive, problem-solving, detail-oriented, solution-oriented
  • Flexibility/Adaptability/Dealing with Ambiguity
  • Strong eye for design

    Compensation

    Base pay: $115k - $155k
    Equity: .05% - .25%
