Cuttlesoft seeks a Marketing Coordinator with outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills to join our growing team. This individual should be creative, detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of various traditional and digital marketing tactics. Top candidates will have a knack for wearing multiple hats, strong problem-solving and writing skills, and possess meticulous attention to detail.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or communications
  • You’re a self-starter and always find ways to get your work done and help team members
  • You’re an organized, detail-oriented person being very good at time management
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, but know how to talk design to designers, pr to public relations officers, and ads to advertisers
  • You’re comfortable juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously (familiarity with project management software is a bonus)
  • You have a firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, content, and email marketing
  • You’re able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing roles. B2B marketing experience preferred
  • You have past work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role

Key Skills

  • Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, and advertising
  • Conducting competitive research, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Supporting leadership in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team and vendors
  • Developing marketing materials including press releases, advertisements, and professional announcements
  • Planning conferences and events by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, and establishing contacts
  • Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
  • Working knowledge of common software applications and digital tools. For example, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere, and Slack
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and web-based applications are required with the ability to learn various others

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy
  • Coordinate with our design team to deliver necessary creative to marketing vendors
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Develop monthly and weekly reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, leads, marketing attribution, digital ad performance, social media engagement, and more, and present findings to the team
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

  • Professional services firm and B2B experience
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience with marketing automation in HubSpot
  • Experience copywriting or copyediting
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Experience with analytics and behavioral tools like Google Analytics and HotJar
  • Some experience with video editing

Salary Range

  • $55,000 - $70,000
