As a sales professional for our recruiting team, you serve one of the most important roles for our company. You are responsible for building relationships with prospective students by phone, text, or email and guiding them through the enrollment process. Using your educational knowledge, you are able to answer any questions that prospective students may have and offer solutions that best fit their individual needs. You are able to maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while performing high-quality customer service during every conversation you have. Your passion for and commitment to education help you thrive in this position and bring you great satisfaction every day!


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to establish relationships over phone, text, and email
  • Knowledge about guiding prospective students through the university application and admissions process
  • Track record of achieving goals through a corporate setting
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management (CRM) software program preferred
  • Passion for education and helping people achieve their goals
