Position Overview
The Client Success Manager (CSM) primary purpose is to operate as the primary liaison between our team of software engineers and a growing group of clients nationwide. Specifically, the CSM is accountable for delighting our clients by helping them optimally leverage their investment in solutions by identifying and eliminating pain points on all engagements. As a member of the Justice Reskill team, you will work with a wide range of clients anywhere from startups all the way up to Fortune 100 and everything in between.
The type of person that will flourish at this role may not have skills that show up on a traditional resume & cover letter. You'll notice below that the responsibilities & job requirements are intentionally broad and there are a series of questions that you can answer via video instead of submitting a typical resume. We are looking for skills + talent for this role - not pedigree.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboard new Clients into the company seamlessly
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients
  • Work with stakeholders to design and execute a success plan for each Client engagement
  • Drive expansion opportunities with each Client
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Clients
  • Develop and implement best practices for effective Client management
  • Establish a standard cadence of communication internally and externally to ensure success
  • Consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics

    Job requirements

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Superior client service and relationship skills
  • A solid grasp of software solutions (web development, mobile development)
  • Strong acumen for the general technology industry
  • Strong project management and task/time co-ordination
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • The ability to analyze different data sets to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer/market insights
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while working in high pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • A team player with cross-functional awareness
  • Ability to be proactive in identifying problems and solutions
  • Passion and experience for working in deeply mission-driven startup culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Client/Project Management at a major tech company
  • Experience in some type of software development

Salary + Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 plus a commission package commensurate with experience. Justice Reskill offers health, dental and vision benefits, and a culture that is collaborative, hardworking, and fun.
