We are looking for a Community Experience Coordinator to join Pomp’s operations team. In partnership with the COO and Operations Experience Manager, this role will support the team’s focus on esthetician and customer outreach and day-to-day communication while continuing to improve an excellent online experience. This position will also help identify best practices around the esthetician and customer experience.

Pomp is currently the only platform that connects people shopping for skincare with licensed estheticians for virtual skin consultations. Pomp is also the only platform that gives estheticians the ability to connect with their clients in a more impactful way by providing them tooling and resources for communication, product recommendations/sales, and more.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for communication with the Professional Platform esthetician onboarding and customer experience
  • Manage new esthetician outreach and onboarding process
  • Train and guide new estheticians on Pomp’s platform
  • Communicate and set up vendor trainings
  • Provide best in class concierge service and communication with ongoing communication with estheticians
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
  • Support partnership strategy
  • Identify user experience opportunities
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to find bottlenecks and other issues
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues that come up (e.g. platform UI improvements)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 2+ years
  • Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Professional email communication
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, who is comfortable in a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves”, start-up environment
  • You’re excited about the opportunity to work very hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy to build something incredible
  • Understanding of the luxury consumer/beauty industry and startup experience is a plus
