Undock is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team, and handle all aspects of marketing priorities, including social media, blogging, event management and newsletter writing. The position requires excellent multitasking and organizational skills with exceptional communications skills.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work directly with our Co-founder and CMO and be responsible for supporting creation and execution of go-to-market plans that build brand awareness, engage members and the community, and drive conversions through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights, and creative innovation – all grounded in Undock’s mission.
You will play an important role in coordinating deliverables, creative reviews and approvals, schedules and timelines, and process guidelines across all assigned titles in a driven, collaborative, and highly organized manner with a keen eye for details.
-Increase and amplify brand awareness among the target audience
-Oversee all marketing assets for timely and successful delivery of all promotional materials
-Create and maintain asset management tools/directories to track/ coordinate deliverables
-Foster relations and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Growth, product, Engineering) to secure alignment/feedback/approvals on all major marketing deliverables
-Learn appropriate benchmarks and goals across greater marketing channels/campaigns
-Become a strong brand steward for Undock to deliver on-brand marketing and creative

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
-1-3 years of experience in marketing, business or related roles
-Experience in brand management, product marketing, user acquisition, or social/community
-Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing
-Knowledge of basic SEO best practices
-Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong analytical skills with a high level of creativity
-Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of personalities
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with all social media platforms
-Proficiency in Google Suite
-Proficiency in full Adobe Creative suite (e.g., Illustrator, Premier, Sketch, etc.)
-Familiarity with Webflow and Wordpress
-Working knowledge of HTML and email software
-Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Adword, ---Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
