As a senior director of client advisory at Crestone Capital, Cassie works with entrepreneurs and founders, and their families, on a variety of customized and integrated wealth management strategies, including asset allocation and analysis, concentrated position management, portfolio planning and implementation, wealth preservation and transfer planning, and overall financial analysis.

Prior to joining Crestone, Cassie spent a decade at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York City, most recently working as an executive director and portfolio manager on the multi-asset solutions team. In this role, she was responsible for asset allocation, manager selection, and tactical decision making for over $100 billion dollars in retirement assets. Cassie received her Bachelor of Arts in commerce, organizations, and entrepreneurship from Brown University. She is a CFA® charter holder, and serves on the Crestone Impact Committee.

Apart from Crestone, Cassie serves on the board of directors for two nonprofits – Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (“BMoCA”), and Cents Ability, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering high school students to achieve their goals through prudent and informed management of their financial resources.

Jennifer Rosenthal is a corporate partner in the Boulder office of KO Law Firm, an innovative corporate and commercial law firm with a team of highly experienced lawyers and a practical, efficient, and business-focused approach to practicing law. Jennifer’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and company formations. She also serves as outside general counsel for many of her clients, acting as their first point of contact for legal assistance. Jennifer has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple years, named as one of Boulder Valley’s 40 under Forty honorees and has been awarded the Silicon Flatirons Entrepreneurship Supporter of the Year recognition. Jennifer has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School where she taught Venture Capital Drafting and served on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the Silicon Flatirons Center.

Matt has worked within Fortune 500 organizations and private companies in both B2C and B2B. Matt's a growth hacker, a musician, an artist, a soccer player, and a technocratic digital savant. Matt's expertise ranges across E-Commerce, Digital Transformation, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, General Management, Strategy and more. Matt’s experience straddles industries from Electronic Components, to Telecommunications, to Consumer Electronics, to Mobile Ad Tech and Marketing, and even Retail.

Matt has launched global sales and marketing initiatives at numerous organizations, been a part of the leadership team for a company ranked number one by Consumer Reports for buying consumer electronics online, helped introduce the iPhone to pre-paid wireless, has consulted for multi-billion-dollar ecommerce companies, has driven triple digit growth of multiple websites, and has led digital teams in both B2C and B2B.

Mike leads the emerging growth group at Holland & Hart, helping to start, scale, and sell emerging companies and representing family offices and venture capital firms in early stage investments. He excels at helping clients raise capital, complete acquisitions and divestitures, and close strategic transactions. His practice includes serving as outside general counsel to clients across multiple industries, with a focus in providing services to consumer product, energy, outdoor recreation, services, and technology clients.
