Adam Oliver

Adam is the Founder and CEO of Crafted, a product development consultancy that focuses on User-Centered Design, Lean Product Management, and Agile Development principles to deliver value for its clients. Adam has over a decade of experience in the product management space shipping software for startups, growth stage businesses, and enterprises. Prior to his time in product management, Adam was a software engineer working on enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and accounting systems. Adam earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2004 (with a 4.0 GPA nonetheless) and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver in 2012.  

Adam and the Crafted team not only enjoy shipping software for their partners but also love teaching their skills to their client’s teams. While they deliver value via products, they are also focused on helping clients grow their teams and hone their practices.

Cassandra Puhalla

As a senior director of client advisory at Crestone Capital, Cassie works with entrepreneurs and founders, and their families, on a variety of customized and integrated wealth management strategies, including asset allocation and analysis, concentrated position management, portfolio planning and implementation, wealth preservation and transfer planning, and overall financial analysis.

Prior to joining Crestone, Cassie spent a decade at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York City, most recently working as an executive director and portfolio manager on the multi-asset solutions team. In this role, she was responsible for asset allocation, manager selection, and tactical decision making for over $100 billion dollars in retirement assets. Cassie received her Bachelor of Arts in commerce, organizations, and entrepreneurship from Brown University. She is a CFA® charter holder, and serves on the Crestone Impact Committee.

Apart from Crestone, Cassie serves on the board of directors for two nonprofits – Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (“BMoCA”), and Cents Ability, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering high school students to achieve their goals through prudent and informed management of their financial resources.
