Job Description



Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado (Relocation Provided)

Bonusly is looking for a hard-working, high-integrity, and solution-oriented Chief of Staff. We are looking for someone who can spot cross functional opportunities to streamline all of Bonusly’s business operations. We need someone who approaches high stakes, large impact initiatives with a strategic and innovative mindset. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be an overall force multiplier for Bonusly, and we’ll look to you to help us to make the business run more efficiently at this critical stage of our exponential growth.

What you’ll do

  • Directly assist the CEO in critical projects that support the needs of the business
  • Provide logistical support for the leadership team, including hiring Bonusly’s first Executive Admin team
  • Manage Bonusly’s relevant strategic partnerships
  • Work with the CEO to prepare for and attend board meetings in order to maximize efficiency of these meetings
  • Sit in on cross functional meetings and seek areas for improvement, automation, or simplification in order to make the overall business run smoother
  • Execute on business critical decisions and initiatives
  • Influence with and without authority

💯You should apply if you…..

  • Have 4+ years of professional experience in a high impact, high responsibility role
  • Have the ability to measure ROI of business initiatives and report those measurements via simple mathematical modeling (Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Have 1+ years of experience hiring & managing people
  • Have experience hiring employees for your own team
  • Have overseen multiple large, cross functional, high impact projects through from ideation to execution
  • Function well in a high stakes environment
  • Have a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working in strategic consulting
  • Experience with B2B SaaS

Salary

  • Target Base Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000
  • Target Equity Range: 0.1%-0.25%
