Growth Product Manager

In this role you will:

  • Be championing the voice of a new user throughout the organization and using data and insights to advocate the things we need to do in order to reduce any barriers to consumer value
  • Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality experiences on the acquisition funnels
  • Be Curai’s expert in user acquisition and wonderful welcome experiences. Because you are leading the user’s first impression with Curai, you need a good balance between growth marketing, product development, agility, and technical understanding to be successful
  • Be responsible for delivering an amazing experience from signup to launch. To do so, you will be instrumental in guiding the user journey, identify friction points, and build an experience that leads a user to their first engagement with a member of the Curai Care Team. This role is a special opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of Product and Marketing and using data to help our users solve their problems
  • Be detail-oriented and will set a high standard when it comes to product discipline, communication, user experience, responsiveness, and prioritization
  • Be hands-on and highly collaborative working with UX, engineering, and operations to drive new concepts, research, value proposition, testing, measurement, and end-to-end oversight
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams to develop a roadmap of projects that reflects business priorities, budget / cost, and timing.
  • Lead conversations with diverse teams and individuals around your ideas, and defend your approach with well-researched data and good storytelling techniques
  • Inspire and cultivate excellence, innovation & quality in our product culture, to always push for better solutions that are implemented well and consistently
  • Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives

An ideal candidate has/is:

  • Experience in driving user acquisition strategy and tactics for other digital products. You have 4+ years of working experience in digital products, services, and experiences from ideation to implementation. This could be in a product marketing role or other acquisition-focused product management role.  
  • Experience driving and delivering key metrics across multiple platforms in a B2B2C (e.g. enterprise) setting including acquisition, activation, and revenue.
  • An ability to think at a high level about a complex product, as well as zoom into all the small details. No detail is too small.
  • A history of making things happen.
  • Simultaneously both obsessively quantitative and creatively qualitative. You are well-versed in qualitative and quantitative measurement techniques and have a great understanding of when either is necessary to reach your goal.
  • Comfortable with clearly articulating your ideas with diverse teams and individuals. You have a broad toolkit & frameworks around communicating requirements, process, and business impact - both visually & verbally.
  • A lifelong learner, always curious about new product strategies, market trends, processes, and how we can best serve our communities
  • Bonus if you direct to the consumer experience.
  • Bonus if you have a medical/ healthcare background.
